This Privacy Policy explains how Zest Operations, operated by Tomer Cohen (“ZEST”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses and handles personal information through the ZEST website and related communications.

When you submit an inquiry through our website, we may collect:

- your work email address
- your company name, if you choose to provide it
- the information included in your inquiry
Name, work email and inquiry content are required in order for us to handle your request. Company name is optional.
Providing this information is voluntary and is not required by law. If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to respond to your inquiry.
When you access the website, hosting and infrastructure providers may also process ordinary technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps and request information.

We use personal information for purposes including:
- responding to inquiries
- discussing ZEST services
- discussing potential partnerships or business relationships
- communicating with prospective and existing customers or partners
- managing related business relationships
- operating, maintaining and securing the website
- complying with applicable legal obligations
We do not currently use information collected through the website for automated decision-making or behavioural profiling.
4. Contact Form and HubSpot
ZEST uses HubSpot to receive and manage website inquiries.
When you submit the Contact form, the information you provide is transmitted to HubSpot together with limited page context such as the relevant page URL and page title.
The current ZEST website does not intentionally send a HubSpot tracking identifier with Contact form submissions and does not deploy the HubSpot website tracking script.
HubSpot processes this information as a service provider used to help ZEST manage inquiries and business communications.
5. Email and Direct Communications
If you contact us by email, telephone or another communication channel, we may process the information you provide in order to respond to you and manage the resulting communication or business relationship.
ZEST currently uses Microsoft 365 for business email services.
6. Website Hosting
The ZEST website is hosted using Netlify.
Netlify may process ordinary technical information required to deliver, operate and secure the website, such as IP addresses and request information.
Contact-form contents are submitted to HubSpot as described above.
7. Fonts, Analytics and Tracking
ZEST currently serves its website fonts locally from the ZEST website.
At the date of this Policy, the website does not intentionally use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar advertising or behavioural analytics technologies.
The current website does not intentionally create or use analytics or advertising cookies through its application code.
If ZEST introduces analytics, advertising technologies or other non-essential tracking in the future, this Policy and any required privacy or consent controls will be reviewed and updated.
8. Sharing of Personal Information
We may share or make personal information available to service providers where necessary to operate the website and manage communications.
These currently include HubSpot, Netlify and Microsoft 365.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, prevent fraud or misuse, or obtain professional legal, accounting or technical assistance.
ZEST does not sell personal information to advertisers.
9. International Processing
Some of the service providers used by ZEST operate internationally and may process information using infrastructure located outside Israel.
Where applicable, personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements relating to international processing and transfers.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
The period may depend on factors such as the nature of the inquiry, whether a business relationship develops, applicable legal or accounting requirements, dispute resolution needs and legitimate business record-keeping requirements.
Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable legal, technical and backup requirements.

Under applicable Israeli privacy law, you may have the right to request access to personal information held about you and to request correction where information is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or not up to date.

Once you leave the ZEST website, the privacy practices of the relevant third party apply.
ZEST is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

ZEST does not knowingly use the website to solicit personal information from children.
